If people knew how easy it can be to change things, they would immediately do it. But it is still common sense that life isn‘t all beer and skittles, that we must accept the things that hinder us from experiencing life the way we want...
Good and profound conversations can help to change a lot of things you experience as annoying, depressing or frightening. They probably can‘t change the world around – but they can change the way you experience the world around you.
There are many reasons for people to look for change. Some want to get rid of old habits, some are no longer willing to accept sadness or anxiety and some just want to find out how much they can improve their lives. And in some cases it may simply be useful to know who to talk to, when the going gets tough.
