Positive Behaviour Support is something that we practice and work with every day. PBS improves the quality of a customer’s life and quality of life around them. To our staff teams, the delivery and consistent use PBS means that our customers get the right support at the right time .
Outlook Care provides residential, nursing and dementia care too. This extends to people needing nursing care ranging from those with dementia, including early onset Alzheimer's, to a wide range of general and complex health conditions, plus palliative care.
