I have been teaching Yoga and Meditation for over 15 years. I received my diploma in Yoga Education from the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute of Lonavla (India).
I have also trained in Pilates for over 10 years. I received the Pilates Matwork certification from Fitspro in 2019.
