I am a London based Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage Therapist offering targeted and effective treatments designed to calm the nervous system and address chronic pain issues. 
My work uses a combination of deep tissue, trigger point work, myofascial release and advanced stretching to relieve pain, restore movement and improve function. Every treatment is relaxing, restorative and tailored to your specific needs. I am also fully qualified to work with prenatal clients.
