The British School Al Rehab

The British School Al Rehab is a friendly school where every child is known and valued as an individual and parents are welcome guests and partners. We offer a traditional "British School" education teamed with the best of new ideas and technologies. We are a registered centre for Cambridge International and London Edexcel and we offer the full range of IGCSE and A level examinations through the British Council in Egypt.

The British School follows the Cambridge International Primary Programme (CIPP) for Mathematics English and Science. This curriculum provides an excellent grounding in these core subjects and features an end of stage examination in each subject at the end of Year 6.  The examinations are moderated by Cambridge International and supervised by the British Council so that parents are assured of the reliability of the assessment and grade obtained.

We teach History, Geography, Art and Information Technology using the International Primary Curriculum (IPC). We have started this exciting new development because we believe that helping children learn - academically, socially, spiritually, emotionally and physically - is the real purpose of schools. What your children learn should respect the past but must also prepare them for a world in which they are going to live. That's why the IPC focuses on academic and personal development, and the development of a global awareness. Learning should be active and engaging, and, above all meaningful to children.

We provide PE, Music, French and Arabic taught by specialists. We have excellent sports facilities, two Music rooms, two ICT rooms and three specialist Science laboratories.
