Based on the beautiful Spanish island of Mallorca an ideal centre for the global yachting industry to train it's crews.
The Schools reputation for preparing cooks, stewards and stewardessesto a very high standard is now well established. Yacht Owners andSkippers in the private and charter yacht business are keen to recruit professional personnel who have attended the ‘Galley Cooking and Interior Management' course.
