Metropolitan School Frankfurt

Metropolitan School Frankfurt is an international school and preschool with “German Roots”. Our language of instruction is English, taught by university qualified native speakers, offering whole day schooling to approximately 300 children from over 30 countries. One hour of each school day is dedicated to a specialist German language lesson, again taught by native speakers. 

We are a fully authorised IB World School following the standards and practices of the International Baccalaureate (IB). Our quality programme of study develops students into responsible, balanced lifelong learners with inquiring minds and strong academic skills, fully prepared to shape the future of our changing world.

Two teachers in Early Years classrooms, small class sizes and a differentiated curriculum set us apart as a unique learning environment where all children’s special talents are fostered and all children are recognised as individual learners.

Our school is directed towards both international and German families eager for an academic kindergarten, primary and secondary school with a friendly atmosphere. To this end, we have built a team of first class English and German teachers and deliver a quality international curriculum, taught in modern, spacious premises in Frankfurt am Main.
