Kohinoor American School (http://www.kohinooramericanschool.ac.in)is the brainchild of the Kohinoor Education Trust, which has been involved in education for over 60 years. This is not a start up school; rather it is the effort of the Kohinoor Education Trust and veteran American educators who bring over decades of collective educational experience to KAS.

In collaboration with the United Nations, KAS is working to have its graduates adopt a UN Millennium Development Goal (UN-MDG) and serve the community by giving their time and resources towards helping India and the world achieve it. This would be one of the requirements of a graduation diploma that would be awarded to all KAS graduates.
