The foundation of Eyüboğlu Schools was laid in 1970 when Dr Eyüboğlu opened “Arı Dershanesi” which was an institution that offered specialized university preparation courses and coaching for university entrance exams. In 1985, Dr. Eyüboğlu founded Eyüboğlu High School at a 33,000m² site in Kadıköy district of Istanbul.

In 1993, Eyüboğlu Science High School was opened and the campus facilities were enriched with the addition of Eyüboğlu Hall which includes a Theater Hall seating 500 and laboratories as well as Eyüboğlu Central Library, offering over 57,000 books and sources in Turkish, English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish.

In 1997 Eyüboğlu Science High School moved to its new building within Çamlıca Campus. That same year the observatory/space research lab - the first in a Turkish school - was opened. In 2000, the second Observatory was established upon demand by students and parents.

In 1998 the Çamlıca Primary School and the open-air sports facilities were opened with a ceremony that was held in the presence of Süleyman Demirel, the 9th President of Turkish Republic.

In 1999, an area of 5000m² out of the open-air sports facilities was re-arranged as green space for students’ use for playing games, doing sports, etc.

In 2002, the construction of Eyüboğlu Sports and Arts Complex was completed. The Sports and Arts Complex, which is equipped with state of the art technology, comprises a semi-Olympic swimming pool, two gyms, archery practice court, a running track, drama, theater, choir rehearsal rooms, visual arts studios, and multi-purpose rooms in addition to a cafeteria and the school radio.

In line with the increasing emphasis placed on preschool education in Turkey, Eyüboğlu opened Koşuyolu Kindergarten in 2004-2005 academic year and Erenköy Kindergarten in 2005-2006 academic year.

Eyüboğlu Ataşehir Primary School opened in 2006-2007, followed by Eyüboğlu Kindergarten which opened in Sabancı University Campus in 2007-2008 academic year.

In March 2008, Eyüboğlu Kemerburgaz Kindergarten and Primary School – first Eyüboğlu schools on the European side of Istanbul - opened.

With the opening of Eyüboğlu Kindergarten in Batı Ataşehir in 2009-2010 academic year, the total number of Eyüboğlu Schools reached a total of 10, of which 3 are primary schools, 5 are kindergartens, and two are high schools.

In 2010, all Eyüboğlu Schools were granted accreditation by CIS (Council of International Schools) and thus, Eyüboğlu became the largest CIS-accredited educational institution in the world with their 10 schools.
