History:

Gulf Coast Computer Solutions was formed after 20 years of working as an IT Manager in the local area. During this time I had the opportunity to work with many computer repair companies. The one thing I noticed from all of them is that they did not offer proactive support. Sure they would come out when you called them after many hours of waiting for them. Being a IT Manager I know the importance of proactive support. Without proper maintenance, windows updates, security updates & monitoring, planning, backup & disaster recovery a business WILL have much more downtime. Most computer repair companies don't over these services and the companies that they server are experiences much greater money wasting downtime then they need to. It is with this concept in mind that we formed Gulf Coast Computer Solutions. We wanted to be able to give small and medium sized businesses, that can't afford their own internal IT department, an opportunity to receive the computer support that they
