One of our specialties is the guidance rendered to our clients regarding the entry into Israel for performing specialized work by foreign experts for overseas companies or for Israeli clients.
The entry permit applications are considered by a committee acting within the Population and Immigration Authority, which then gives recommendations to the General Director of the Authority as to whether the applicant for an Expert Visa possess unique qualifications which are not found in Israel and which merit granting him/her such a visa.
Once a permit is granted, then the Ministry of Interior will issue the appropriate entry visa.
Our team is able to present the relevant facts to the Authority in the officially required manner and to guide the applicant through the process in the most efficient way in order to increase the chances for obtaining the desired permit (which is, by no means, granted automatically).
