1- Career Coaching.

We help adults that are not 100% satisfied with their professional career, through a proven methodology that in 6 individual sessions allows them to:

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of their talents, strengths, weaknesses, skills, values, passions, interests and priorities.
• Research the relevant job market, positions and workplaces, and analyse them in the light of their profile and objectives.
• Consciously define and implement their action plan with the self-confidence and motivation needed to succeed.

2- Career Guidance.

We help the young before finishing their secondary school to make their best choices towards their professional future, through a proven methodology that in 6 individual sessions allows them to:

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of their talents, strengths, weaknesses, skills, values, passions, interests and priorities.
• Research the job market, professions, studies and universities that suit best their profile and objectives.
• Consciously define their career path including what, when and where to study, to be implemented with the self-confidence and motivation needed to succeed.

Both processes are available in English, Spanish, French and Dutch, in-person in many European cities and also through Skype.
