About CIED

CIED is an AgTech firm that creates useful applications for agri-food supply chains using the web, mobile, AI, and blockchain to assure transparency, trust, and equitable ownership. As food is vital for our daily sustenance, ensuring safe and sustainable consumption guarantees a quality life.

Founders

CIED BV, a Dutch company funded by Rabobank and accelerated by Wageningen University with its headquarters in the Netherlands was founded by Akash Mathew (co-founder and CEO) and Sudeesh Narayanan (Co-founder and VP) in 2017 with the principal goal of trusting food and its sources. CIED Technologies, the parent company operating since 2011 is the official outsourcing partner of CIED BV.

Products and Services

CIED offers a blockchain integrated traceability system that paves the way for transparency in the food supply chain and the digital trail from farm to fork is visible through the act of scanning a QR code.
