In 2005 Suzy Ogé founded the WBII, an incubator and business center for entrepreneurial women in The Hague. The goal is to promote the inclusion of women in the professional world by identifying and removing barriers that prevent their full participation. The WBII provides a physical space and necessary support to create new business ventures, expand small businesses, spark new ideas and collaboration, increase profitability and expand employment opportunities.

Many women opt to start their business form home, but along with the advantages of flexibility come many challenges. The WBII alleviates some of the problems resulting form the lack of access to professional facilities, equipment and services. It will unite innovative women under one roof in a collaborative atmosphere.

The open plan shared workspace, meeting and conference rooms are specifically designed to meet the needs of professional women. Educational seminars and workshops arr regularly offered for personal and professional development, experts will have a great opportunity to network, build relationships and collaborate.
