International School Winterthur was founded in 2001 and is a non-for-profit organization governed by a foundation. The school opened its doors in 2002 with just 12 students and to keep pace with the development of the school, ISW has moved facilities 3 times in the last 6 years.
Mission and Philosophy
The International School Winterthur aims to nurture and develop the uniqueness of its students by providing quality international education so that they become self-motivated, confident, life-long learners, who recognize their own individual abilities, potential and interests, as well as understand and respect the cultural diversity within the international community.
